PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES

Training and Development Service

Move On’s Training and Development Service provides employability focused training and support for men and women who have experienced homelessness.

The service is demand led, focussing on access, progress and retention, addressing the root causes of labour market mismatch for those furthest from the job market. The service users make informed choices and are supported in developing their own pathways to sustained employment. We are a specialist agency with a vast experience of removing major barriers to employment, training, education and volunteering, with particular expertise in supporting those with multiple barriers.
