Mentoring
What – Social, cultural and leisure opportunities that encourage positive image, raised self-esteem and increased social confidence.
Why – To aid the transition and improves a range of outcomes for young people in their journey from care into adulthood and more independent living.
For – 14-17 year olds from care, attending Social Emotional Behavioural Difficulty (SEBD) schools or those at risk of disengaging from mainstream schools.
